With the amendments made to the Regulation on Electronic Notification, the possibility to register an electronic notification address through e-Devlet has been introduced.

he Regulation Amending the Regulation on Electronic Notification (“Amendment Regulation“), published in the Official Gazette dated 29 November 2023 and numbered 32384, introduced additions to the provisions of Regulation on Electronic Notification.

Notable amendments introduced with the Amendment Regulation are as follows:

  • Real or legal persons who are obliged to be notified electronically will be able to apply for an electronic notification address through e-Devlet via UETS with two-step authentication method.
  • The single-use verification code sent via text message when logging in to the electronic notification address before the amendment will be sent via text message or e-mail after the amendment. The addressee will also be able to continue to access the electronic notification address with the secure electronic signature or authentication via e-Devlet.
