Burak Baydar advises clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, from the early stages of a conflict through to courtroom representation and the enforcement of judgments. Burak is also highly experienced in defending corporate executives and companies in investigations and prosecutions related to white-collar crimes, including fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy, criminal breach of trust, and negligent injury. He has provided legal counsel to both accused parties and victims in these matters.

He advises a wide range of domestic and international companies, particularly in the insurance, electronics, retail, industrial, manufacturing, maritime, and energy sectors.
