İpek Ünlü Tık coordinates the firm’s day-to-day employment support and is a specialist in all aspects of employment and social security law, as well as related disputes and industrial relations. She provides end-to-end assistance across the employment lifecycle from recruitment, contracting and workplace communications to terminations, mediation, and litigation.

İpek regularly advises on employment issues in unionised workplaces, high-risk environments where occupational health and safety is critical, employment contracts and employee transfers in M&A or spin-off contexts. She handles employment-related aspects of internal investigations, including misconduct, union relations, and litigation. İpek Ünlü Tık has been registered with the Mediators Registry since 2021 and is a specialist mediator in employment, commercial and consumer law; through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation, conciliation and arbitration, she supports employers with the aim of minimizing legal risks and disruptions to business operations.

Her combined expertise in employment law, corporate governance, director liabilities, regulatory compliance and anti-corruption allows her to deliver comprehensive advice in complex situations. İpek is recognised as one of the few practitioners in Türkiye with this level of specialised employment-related experience. Her close involvement with clients enables her to anticipate employment risks and propose practical solutions before issues escalate.
