We approach disputes with an “interdisciplinary” method, bringing together experts from specific fields such as commercial law, corporate governance, employment, tax, and competition, as well as any other areas relevant to the dispute. In the initial phase, we provide our clients with early case assessments, risk analyses, and settlement options. We also help manage our clients’ risks from the beginning by incorporating dispute prevention clauses and tiered resolution mechanisms into corporate and commercial contracts.

Our dispute resolution practice covers regulated and high-value sectors such as banking and finance, construction and infrastructure (including FIDIC contracts), energy and natural resources, real estate, logistics, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceuticals (including patent litigation), and technology. We understand the commercial and regulatory pressures that shape disputes in these industries and design sector-sensitive litigation strategies that protect core business interests.

Consumer Disputes and Product Liability

We represent leading global companies in the automotive, textile, retail, and electronics sectors on product liability and consumer protection matters. Our work encompasses developing global consumer strategies, risk assessment and management, coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation, and harmonizing defense strategies. We represent our clients before consumer arbitration boards, in consumer mediation processes, and before consumer courts, ensuring effective resolution of consumer disputes.

We represent our clients before the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Trade, and other relevant public authorities, providing legal support on product safety compliance, market surveillance processes, regulatory investigations, and administrative enforcement proceedings.

Recognition and Enforcement

We represent our clients in the recognition and enforcement of both court judgments and arbitral awards. We provide risk analysis support within the scope of legal status and financial solvency assessment before court/arbitration proceedings, recognition and enforcement proceedings, and support our clients in interim measure applications before and/or during recognition and enforcement processes.

Administrative and Tax Disputes

We represent our clients in administrative lawsuits filed against the acts and actions of public administrations. Our work covers annulment of administrative acts, suspension of execution, and compensation cases filed against public institutions. In the field of tax disputes, we represent our clients before Tax Courts and the Council of State in disputes concerning tax assessments, tax penalties, customs duties, and VAT refunds. We also provide advisory to our clients during tax audit processes and support them in preparing settlement applications and penalty reduction requests.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We have extensive experience in mediation and arbitration, offering a strategic approach to resolving disputes more efficiently. We represent our clients in national and international arbitration proceedings under the rules of major institutions (e.g., ICC, LCIA, ISTAC, VIAC, UNCITRAL). Our ADR practice encompasses pre-dispute planning, drafting multi-tiered clauses, selecting appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms, and managing complex multi-party proceedings. We also provide counsel on conciliation, adjudication boards, expert determination, early neutral evaluation, and hybrid ADR processes, helping clients achieve cost-effective and timely resolution of commercial disputes while preserving business relationships where possible.
