Kaan offers end-to-end support, assisting clients through the full lifecycle of employment relationships. He provides consultancy regarding employment agreements and its termination, assists clients regarding the rights and obligations of employers and employees during mergers and acquisitions, and takes part in mediation and litigation procedures.

Kaan also actively helps clients with their questions related to employment law, draws up employment agreements and mutual termination agreements, and prepares termination notices.

The litigation experience of Başer, who has also practiced maritime law and consumer law, provides an advantage particularly with representing clients at the courthouse.
