Duration of short-term employment allowance has been extended for two more months pursuant to Presidential Decrees numbered 3316 and 3317 published in Official Gazette numbered 31343 and dated 23 December 2020.
In this regard;
- In accordance with the Decision Annexed to the Presidential Decree dated 22 December 2020 and numbered 3316, within the scope of the principles set forth in Presidential Decree numbered 3238, for the workplaces applying for short-time work allowance for the period after 1 January 2021, the date of 30 June 2020 stipulated in paragraph 1 of article 23 of law numbered 4447 will be applied as 31 January 2021; pursuant to Decision Annexed to the Presidential Decree dated 22 December 2020 and numbered 3317, the duration of short-time work allowance had been extended until 28 February 2021.
The duration of the lay-off ban has been extended for two more months pursuant to Presidential Decree numbered 3344 published in Official Gazette numbered 31350 and dated 30 December 2020.
