She engages in litigation, international investment and commercial arbitration, as well as alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation. Her primary focus is on commercial disputes, particularly those arising from sales, service, and distributorship contracts, as well as corporate disputes, including those stemming from shareholder agreements and joint venture arrangements.
Nilsu primarily provides legal support to domestic and international companies operating in the technology, e-commerce, agriculture and electronic sectors.
Having completed her master’s degree in arbitration in Paris, Nilsu continues to participate in various educational programs, particularly in the field of arbitration, both domestically and internationally.
