Turkey has amended the footnote numbered (8) below the table regarding 12nd section titled “Oil Seeds and Oleaginous Fruits; Various Grains, Seed and Fruits; Plants Used in Industry or Medicine; Fodder and Coarse Fodder” in list numbered I attached to the Decree on Import Regime implemented with the decree of the Council of Ministers dated 20 December 1995 and numbered 95/7606, with the Additional Decree to the Decree on Import Regime implemented with the Presidential Decree numbered 2422 and dated 17 April 2020 (“Decree”) as follows:
- Customs duty will be applied as 9% (0% for Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo, 9% for Singapore) until 31 May 2020 (including this date) and as 13% (0% for Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo, 13% for Singapore) for the period between 1 June-30 June 2020 (including these dates).
Turkey has also amended the footnote numbered (1) the table regarding
- 13th section titled “Lac; Gum, Resin and Other Vegetable Juice Sap and Extracts”, and
- 15th section titled “Animal or Vegetable Fats and Oils and their Disintegrate Products; Fats for Convenience Foods; Animal or Vegetable Candles”
in the list numbered I attached to the Decree on Import Regime implemented with the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 20 December 1995 and numbered 95/7606, as follows:
- Customs duty will be applied as 18% (0% for Kosovo) until 31 May 2020 (including this date) and as 30% (0% for Kosovo) for the period between 1 June-30 June 2020 (including these dates).
