Investigation Initiated regarding Imports of “Cereal Spoon Baby Food” from Croatia

Turkey’s General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade has decided to initiate a dumping investigation into “baby food with cereals” under tariff code 1901.10.00.19.00 imported from the Republic of Croatia.

Communiqué on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports numbered 2020/7, which includes the investigation decision, has been published in the Official Gazette numbered 31099 on 14 April 2020, entering into effect on the same day.

Import Surveillance Brought for “Photovoltaic (Solar) Modules and Panels”

Import surveillance is to be applied by Turkey’s General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade for the following goods:

These goods can only be imported with a Surveillance Certificate to be issued by the Ministry of Trade.

Applications for Surveillance Certificates can be made through the Ministry’s website (www.turkiye.gov.tr) or e-state (www.turkiye.gov.tr). Applications can also be made through filling out and submitting the application form annexed to the Communiqué. Surveillance Certificates have a validity period of six months.

The Communiqué on Surveillance in Imports numbered 2020/5 has been published in the Official Gazette dated 14 April 2020 numbered 31099 and will enter into force on the 30th day following its publication date.
