Furkan Kaya

Furkan Kaya works primarily in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation. He supports the litigation team helping domestic and international clients from a variety of perspectives at all stages of litigation, execution, enforcement, bankruptcy, reorganization and debt collection procedures. He is also involved in processes concerning consumer disputes.

Furkan Kaya takes part in teams working in all stages of the legal processes by preparing legal opinions and petitions for the judgment, including the cases of recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions and arbitral awards.

He assists clients in preparation and examination of their corporate documents and contracts, including legal research and drafting memoranda, supporting clients to understand and navigate their Turkish legal issues, obligations or restrictions.
Furkan supports a number of domestic and international companies, most notably in real estate and construction, logistics, insurance, media and entertainment, and pharmaceutical sectors.
