Metin assists clients with a full range of sports law issues, regularly supporting athletes before the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal, as well as helping them deal with contract-related issues and debt collections.

He supports major multinational companies to ensure their day-to-day corporate and commercial operations run smoothly in Turkey. For instance, preparing corporate governance documents and processes, or revising commercial contracts from a range of legal perspectives.

Metin supports a broad range of domestic and international companies, most notably in the electronics, retail and consumer, industrial and manufacturing, agriculture, sports, professional services, pharmaceuticals, energy, and chemical sectors.

Metin often authors articles and jurisdictional chapters for major legal publishers, focused on tax, transfer pricing, football and customs issues.
